Sync your Tikk bookings with HubSpot to grow your CRM, prevent double bookings and automatically create an appointment and contact for every confirmed booking.
Each booking through Tikk creates a new HubSpot contact or links to an existing one and the appointment is automatically attached to that contact. Your CRM stays up to date without manual work.
Tikk reads your HubSpot appointments and blocks off busy times so clients only see slots when you're truly free.
When someone books you through Tikk, an appointment is created in HubSpot and linked to the contact — created automatically if they're new.
Go to tikk.chat and log in to your account. If you don't have one yet, create a free account first.
Navigate to Settings → Connected Apps in the sidebar.
Find the HubSpot integration and click the Connect button.
You'll be redirected to HubSpot. Choose your account and authorize Tikk to access your appointments and contacts.
Tikk accesses your appointments (to read busy times and create appointments) and your contacts (to find or create the contact a booking is for). We never read, store or share any other HubSpot data.
Yes. The connection uses OAuth 2.0, HubSpot's standard secure authorization. Tikk never sees your HubSpot password. You can revoke access at any time from your HubSpot connected apps settings or from Tikk's Connected Apps page.
Go to Settings → Connected Apps in Tikk and click Disconnect next to the HubSpot integration. You can also revoke access from your HubSpot account settings under Connected Apps.
If you run into any issues setting up or using the HubSpot integration, our support team is here to help.
